    The QED Group is preparing a proposal to USAID/Jordan Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Activity (USAID MEL). The purpose of this Activity is to ensure that USAID’s development programs in Jordan achieve their intended results through an efficient and effective mechanism; and to build the institutional capacity of local MEL firms to assuming increasing management responsibility of MEL awards. The anticipated scope of work includes increasing the utilization of evaluation and assessment findings, improving performance monitoring and data analysis, strengthening collaboration, learning and adapting, enhancing strategic communications on MEL, and building capacity of local MEL firms in Jordan.


    For this reason, we are looking for mid- and senior-level monitoring and evaluation, CLA, strategic communications and capacity building experts to provide short-term and long-term technical assistance under the contract. Candidates from Jordan are strongly encouraged to apply.



    • University Degree in international development, social science or related field required; Advanced degree preferred.
    • 5 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning, organizational development, and performance management with USAID or other development donors (preferably in Jordan).
    • Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including evidence of quality report writing and presentations.
    • Proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
