  • Overview

    The purpose of the Ethiopia Electronic Health Information System (e-HIS) project is to support the Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH) in strengthening and modernizing the national Health Information System of Ethiopia. The project will involve supporting the government of Ethiopia to develop and bring to scale priority electronic health information systems, instill a culture of data use, build capacity and governance for the improved HIS, and ensure integrated systems by fostering stakeholder collaboration.

    Responsibilities

    Support project acitives as assigned, including information technology (IT), change management, communications, behavioral change, training and engagement, organizational development, and knowledge management.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 6-8 years experience working with public or private organizations on organizational cange initiatives and the commonucations that promote them.
    • Experience providing direct guidance and analytical support to organizations.
    • A Master's degree in business or public administration, or equivalent degree
    • Knowledge, experience, and ability to identify present global experiences and best practices associated with change management and behavior change.
    • Experience in Ethiopia highly desirable
    • Experience with USAID highly desirable
