The QED Group is preparing a proposal to provide the USAID, Bureau for Economic Growth, Education and Environment, Office of Education (E3/ED) with support in tracking progress towards meeting its strategic objectives, as outlined in USAID’s Education Strategy; and with analytic support to refine strategic objectives and inform future programming. This opportunity, Data and Evidence for Education Programs (DEEP), will also include tasks such as collecting data from Missions around the globe to prepare for dissemination and use, carrying out analyses of the data to inform office level decisions regarding programming priorities and Mission and Office level target setting, and promoting continued use of evidence for decision making and priority setting. We are currently seeking a Chief of Party.
The Chief of Party (COP) will be responsible for overall project leadership, management, and quality control. The COP shall serve as the primary point of contact with USAID with regard to management and technical matters relating to the contract. S/he shall have overall responsibility for management of contract team members, consultants, and subcontractors as well as for the effective, efficient, and timely implementation of all contract activities.
