Lead the administration, enhancement and maintenance of the corporate SharePoint portal. Make recommendations for additional requirements to improve business collaboration and processes.  Engage with vendor for complex implementation tasks. Extend SharePoint training to staff for optimum use of SharePoint in day to day operations. Extract Inputs from functions to streamline the workflows and automation. The position is based in New Delhi. 


  • Administer and maintain corporate SharePoint Office 365 Enterprise E3 implementation.  Continually maintain enterprise SharePoint / Team Sites functionality and update as appropriate through a collaborative team environment.
  • Develop and deploy SharePoint / Team Sites functionality including workflow, forms, and any other required team collaboration functionality.
  • Identify requirements for new team functionality and design, develop, and deploy SharePoint / Team Sites solutions.
  • Work closely with different business units to capture requirements supporting business optimizations and operations automation.
  • Administer security and governance of Office 365 SharePoint sites, libraries, etc.
  • Determine design, implement and maintain mobile device solutions.
  • Ensure end user friendly portal and facilitate routine SharePoint usage training to end Users.
  • Configure and Manage Content Management (eDiscovery, Records Management, Retention Policies, IRM, Metadata, Document Sets, etc.


  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field required
  • 4+ recent years of experience administering Microsoft SharePoint deployments required
  • 4+ recent years of experience supporting SharePoint as implemented by Office 365 required including Sharepoint Online Management Shell, Site Collections, Collaboration Sites, Permissions and external sharing, Site Navigation, SharePoint Apps, Site Mailbox, Etc.
  • Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods is required
  • Familiarity with Agile Project Management and methodologies desired
  • Ability to work multiple applicable projects as directed is desired with remote user teams
  • 2+years’ experience with cloud integrations
  • Other Office 365 development and implementation experience is a plus
